What’s new in the revised version of DAMA DM-BoK v2?

The revised edition of DAMA-DMBOK2 includes several updates that improve the overall reading experience and provide a more consistent and accurate resource for data management professionals.
Key improvements in the revised edition include:
- Consistency in terminology and acronyms: Terms and acronyms have been standardized throughout the book to ensure consistent language usage for better understanding.
- Typos and errors in figures corrected: We have corrected several typos and errors in the figures in all chapters, making the concepts discussed more visually accurate.
Revised context diagrams: The 12 context diagrams have been carefully revised and we have improved their consistency with the content of the corresponding chapters. - Improvements to the data quality chapter: The structure of the chapter on data quality has been refined and we have added an appendix to provide more insight and clarification on key concepts.
❗️Please note: as of October, this revised version will be the basis for all CDMP certifications!
❗️The revised version is available now and will be included as standard in the CDMP training courses at Connected Data Academy, een Open Line bedrijf from October 1.
❗️If you order the revised version between April 24 and October 24 and register for a CDMP exam, DAMA International will provide you with the PDF version of V2 free of charge.
