  What is an AI strategy, why is it important, and how can it be aligned with business and IT strategies? Participants will learn how AI adds value and gain insight into the pitfalls of implementation.
• 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Big Data and Artificial Intelligence: The power of integration
  How do you get the most out of data and AI? A session on leveraging data as a strategic resource, data quality, governance, and how AI can help with data-driven decisions.
• 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: AI maturity quiz
  An interactive quiz that gives participants insight into the current AI maturity of their organization and identifies steps for further growth.
• 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Practical example: The value of AI in figures
  A concrete example of how AI is used to achieve strategic goals such as sustainability, efficiency, and process optimization.
• 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Dinner break
  Time to network and discuss ideas in an informal setting.
• 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.: Workshop: Aligning business, IT, and AI strategies with your own cases
